As a Buyer at ADOORE, you will play a key role in our daily operations. You’ll work closely with our Head of Operations, our Design team, and our factories. We’re looking for someone who functions as the “spider in the web” — the vital link between design and production — who loves to negotiate, evaluate sales data, has solid knowledge of fashion terms and industry language and brings both analytical precision and strong communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor sales, identify trends, and take action to ensure collections are built on performance data.
  • Analyze stock levels, define stock KPIs, and ensure a healthy inventory balance.
  • Conduct spend analyses, mitigate supply risks, and manage cost-saving initiatives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end buying process and keep timelines on track.
  • Define the right quantities and size curves for each product, manage factory orders, and ensure timelines are met.
  • Source and approve fabrics and materials, ensuring the right balance of qualities from a buying perspective.
  • Assess the quality and sustainability of product ranges.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, while monitoring budgets
  • Negotiate prices and secure attractive supplier agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, while leading improvement initiatives.
  • Book freight with shipping partners and inform the warehouse of submissions.
  • Take a leading role, together with our sustainability partner, in implementing our sustainability strategy and ensuring traceability throughout all tiers of the supply chain.


Qualifications/Must-haves:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a fashion buyer (apparel) with proven results, including experience in both product development and buying.
  • Relevant education in Business, Supply Chain, Sourcing, or equivalent field.
  • Broad knowledge of fabric construction and textile terminology.
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills — you should love Excel.
  • Skilled negotiator with a commercial mindset.
  • Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain management
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem-solver.
  • Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally, handle multiple projects, and adapt to change.

This is a full-time parental cover (1 year, starting February/March 2026) position with great potential to become permanent.
